Assistant Project Manager (with Deltek ComputerEase experience) - Remote

Overview

The Assistant Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring smooth project operations, including set-up, tracking, and documentation.

In Short

• Establish job accounts and assess project values.
• Coordinate job setup communication with suppliers.
• Process change orders and secure customer approvals.
• Monitor Work Orders and validate timecards.
• Prepare closeout documents for contractors.
• Manage shipment appointments and coordinate with vendors.
• Supply Foremen with Purchase Orders as needed.
• Experience with ComputerEase software is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English are preferred.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with ComputerEase software.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as an assistant project manager.
• Ability to analyze proposals and blueprints.
• Strong math and data analysis skills, especially in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with U.S. firms is preferred.
