Overview

As the store location and consumer behavior expert at NielsenIQ, you will be responsible for establishing NielsenIQ’s credibility, positioning, and engagement amongst CPG and retail brands that need to understand how our unique store location data assets can transform their business.

In Short

  • Reach and exceed financial targets.
  • Manage teams that support business efforts.
  • Identify new paths for growth and partnership.
  • Deliver upon growth and renewal targets for Spectra and TD Linx.
  • Sell across DaaS, SaaS, and custom ad hoc solutions.
  • Forecast monthly objectives with 2% accuracy.
  • Coach and train the sales team.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure product enhancements meet market needs.
  • Become an integral member of the US leadership team.
  • Advocate for incremental partnerships and development.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience developing new business.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in market research/data within CPG.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven track record of performance management.
  • Proven track record of reaching/exceeding financial targets.
  • Preference for sales experience with SaaS and DaaS.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel 15-25% of the time.
  • Aggressive self-starter, able to adapt to changing environments.
