Requirements

• 10+ years in product design, with 3+ years managing design teams.
• Experience with AI-first products.
• Ability to connect design strategy to business impact.
• Strong collaboration skills with Product Management and Engineering.
• High standards for design quality and craftsmanship.
• Ability to think systemically about user experiences.
• Curiosity about education motivations and barriers.
• Experience with multi-sided marketplaces is a plus.
• Understanding of Gen Z/Alpha product usage is a bonus.
