As a Specialist Automation Engineer at NiCE, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality automation solutions for financial crime, risk, and compliance applications.

• Join the Premier Fraud/FRAML R&D engineering team.
• Enhance existing Automation test suite using Python programming.
• Hands-on functional and front-end manual test case design and execution.
• Design test scenarios and provide test reports.
• Collaborate with QA team and Developers for high-quality releases.
• Implement Automation using Robot Framework with Selenium.
• Monitor daily regression builds to ensure code quality.
• Work in multi-disciplinary Agile teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of experience as a QA engineer, with at least 4 years in QA Automation.
• Experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, and Python.
• Familiarity with API automation tools like Postman.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of OOP principles.
• Experience with CI/CD practices using tools like Jenkins and Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Fraud Detection products is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams.
