Overview

The Senior Portfolio Solution Engineer at NICE will lead the functional and technical sales process, focusing on solutions development across NICE’s portfolio through discovery, requirements gathering, validation, and demonstration.

In Short

  • Deliver demonstrations that align the NICE portfolio with customer challenges.
  • Identify functional and technical challenges of assigned accounts.
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements with effective questioning skills.
  • Influence and educate clients on NICE’s solutions.
  • Lead technical aspects of the sales process.
  • Assist with proof of concepts (POC).
  • Contribute to a team approach with account executives.
  • Provide product feedback to the Product house.
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Conduct discovery conversations for both business and technical topics.

Requirements

  • Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities.
  • Experience in customizing and building storyboards for demos.
  • Success in achieving strategic deal wins.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills across various levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong technical aptitude.
  • Experience with contact centre technologies and CRM.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google).
  • Experience in vertical market selling (Banking, Insurance, etc.).
