Senior Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join the NICE CX marketing team to spearhead our creative strategy and go-to-market storytelling capabilities. The right candidate for this role will understand how to craft compelling narratives – through video, visuals, short- and long-form writing, and more – to help drive product adoption and awareness.

In Short

• Strategize, manage, and execute customer-facing campaigns to drive awareness, sales, adoption, and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to understand and promote our solutions and create compelling narratives that will resonate with our customers.
• Work with Sales, Demand Generation, and Sales Enablement teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Own the creative calendar and strategic direction of our storytelling through compelling written and visual mediums.
• Stay on top of pressing AI and CX trends and create topical, informative, captivating assets from recent buzz.
• Create, manage, and oversee the production of campaign assets, including eBooks, infographics, blog posts, and newsletters.
• Promote campaign materials through engaging copy and visuals.
• Develop core messaging for marketing initiatives and secure executive approval.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and flawless execution.
• Define and track KPIs to measure campaign success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and executing creative marketing campaigns with previous experience as a published writer.
• Previous experience at a technology company working on software, platform, apps, and/or services.
• Demonstrated analytical ability to report on content and campaign performance and recommend next steps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organizational skills and the ability to be resourceful and self-directed.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize the most meaningful and impactful work.
• Experience researching customer cohorts and creating compelling narratives and creative content that resonates with their needs and priorities.
