HR Director for CX Engineering Group - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead the people strategy for the CX Engineering Group, a global team of 1,800 employees. This leadership role will focus on organizational design, resource planning, talent development, employee engagement and leadership coaching, to drive performance and foster organizational maturity.

• Collaborate with COEs and regional HR teams for seamless HR delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a global environment.
• Proven success in leading HR teams and managing large-scale initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated success in influencing decision-makers.
• Data-savvy with the ability to analyze trends.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Hands-on, flexible, and self-sufficient approach to HR.
• Agility to work in a global, matrixed environment.
