• Design, implement, evaluate and help deploy machine learning models for bidding and KPI prediction.
• Analyze large-scale behavioral and performance data using Spark, SQL, and Python.
• Deep dive into complex, legacy codebases and improve existing systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other data scientists.
• Write clear technical documentation and communicate insights effectively.

Requirements

• Masters/Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning.
• Proficient with applied machine learning techniques, especially tree-based models like XGBoost.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Scala/Apache Spark for distributed data processing.
• Familiarity with Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch/Tensorflow.
• Strong communication skills — able to synthesize technical findings into actionable insights.
• Self-directed, curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
