• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for engineering roles.
• Review applications and proactively source high-quality candidates.
• Conduct recruiter screening calls to assess candidates.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define role requirements.

• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Continuously refine recruiting workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Proven success in hiring senior software engineers.
• Strong screening instincts for identifying candidates.
• Comfort with end-to-end recruiting operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work closely with engineers.
• Experience in a profitable, product-driven environment.
