Quantity Surveyor - Remote

Overview

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on time.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software like AutoCAD, CostX, and MS Excel.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound understanding of construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
