Quantity Surveyor - Remote

Overview

As Assystem’s Defence business grows, we are looking for dynamic, self-motivated Quantity Surveyor to support our mission in the energy transition and low-carbon solutions.

In Short

• Contract Administration for existing contracts
• Provide commercial advice to the Contract Leads
• Ensure all contract timescales are being met
• Applications for payments and general communications
• Manage change and early warnings
• Bid support for new contracts
• Cost Control and Reporting
• Support project/contract progress meetings
• Liaise with Client commercial teams
• Interface with various project functions

Requirements

• Strong NEC contract administration experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying preferred
• Able to manage competing priorities
• High levels of accuracy and contract compliance
• Prior CEMAR experience is ideal
