In Short

• Lead and manage pre and post contract Commercial teams.
• Responsible for managing tendering and post contract delivery.
• Ensure value for money and effective Commercial Management processes.
• Liaise with Procurement teams for delivery activities.
• Monitor project budget and manage changes proactively.
• Provide accurate project cost data and evaluate changes.
• Conduct regular commercial reviews of costs.
• Experience managing Commercial Management teams on large projects.
• Knowledge of publicly funded projects.
• Experience with construction contract terms and conditions.

Requirements

• Experience in managing Commercial Management teams.
• Knowledge of publicly funded projects.
• Experience with NEC and ICC contract terms.
• Commercial Management experience in infrastructure projects.
• Experience in contract administration processes.
• Knowledge of risk management techniques.
