In Short

• Liaising with all external and internal stakeholders to enable the projects to progress without delay.
• Assisting in the preparation and verification of pricing models for projects.
• Preparing activity schedules and bills of quantities.
• Interface with project managers and planners to deliver professional advice.
• Managing a programme of current workload for efficient resource allocation.
• Reviewing and updating risk registers with project managers.

Requirements

• Degree/Associate Degree/Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines preferred.
• MHKIS/MRICS holder preferred but not a must.
• Chartered candidate with rich experience considered for senior position.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Cost Management.
• Proven successful track record in corporate client and consultant firm.
• Successful track record in managing major projects.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; spoken and written.
