NextGen and GTA – A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking a Direct Hire Manager (Full-Desk Executive Recruiter) to manage business development and account management processes for clients in the telecommunications infrastructure sector.

In Short

  • Manage a team of up to 5 revenue producers.
  • Drive performance metrics and produce 2 million in revenue.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define search projects.
  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
  • Prospect potential new clients and maintain outreach goals.
  • Provide project updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor the Direct Hire team.
  • Identify opportunities for additional recruitment services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through superior care.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle executive search.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative mindset.
  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing and interviewing.
  • Exceptional customer service focus and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in developing talent pipelines via cold calling.
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and handle change.
