The Director of Client Success is responsible for leading the Enterprise Client Success team at Nextech, focusing on customer engagement, success, retention, and growth.

  • Lead and mentor the Enterprise Client Success team.

  • Represent the voice of the customer within the organization.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to manage leads effectively.
  • Provide monthly executive level reports on department data.
  • Maintain client renewal rates above company goals.
  • Attend trade shows to strengthen client relationships.
  • Identify at-risk clients and implement improvement plans.
  • Promote a customer-centric mindset across the organization.
  • Work closely with company leadership to improve customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of client success/account management experience.
  • Experience managing Enterprise level client relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Empathy and strong listening skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to travel throughout the year.
  • SaaS and healthcare experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
