In Short

• Oversee the overall QA strategy, process improvements, and quality frameworks for Circunomics' software products.
• Develop, manage and mentor our existing team of QA, fostering growth and technical excellence.
• Define, implement, and monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management across multiple projects and platforms.
• Collaborate with software development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Drive the adoption of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to enhance testing efficiency and reliability.
• Proactively identify and address potential quality risks and bottlenecks.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in software quality assurance.
• Taking responsibility for release ownership, focusing on stability, quality, and achieving the release goals.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in QA, preferably with leading a QA team or managing QA processes.
• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes, with expertise in TDD and BDD practices.
• Experience in collecting and presenting transparent metrics, including test coverage, to ensure high-quality standards.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools, and scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or PHP.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Extensive experience working in Scrum teams and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the software testing lifecycle, from planning to execution and reporting.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs.
