Overview

The Groupe Edouard Denis is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the organization, direction, and control of real estate projects from conception to completion, ensuring budget adherence and quality standards.

• Manage real estate programs as a Project Owner.
• Validate building permits focusing on financial, technical, legal, and commercial aspects.
• Prepare necessary elements for commercial launch and sales.
• Ensure administrative management of operations in coordination with technical services.
• Oversee the drafting of co-ownership regulations and financial guarantees.
• Ensure compliance with Project Owner obligations and monitor project completion.
• Actively contribute to client satisfaction.
• Report activities to the superior.
• Work primarily on advanced operations, particularly in pre-delivery or delivery phases.
• Position based in Lyon.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or specialized school (ICH, ESPI) or university.
• At least 5 years of experience in Real Estate Promotion.
• Familiarity with project management and legal/administrative processes.
• Strong rigor, result orientation, and anticipation skills.
• Teamwork and responsibility appreciation.
