In Short

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Playground, a family-focused active entertainment console.
• Oversee manufacturing and sustaining engineering for hardware.
• Manage continuous development and release of firmware and cloud services.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams including product owners and engineers.
• Facilitate project planning, tracking progress, and resolving dependencies.
• Orchestrate the software release process.
• Address consumer issues and drive improvements.
• Report to the VP of Platform.
• Work with vendors and ensure their success.
• Thrive in creating scalable, long-term solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program management.
• Experience in Android/AOSP embedded systems or mobile devices.
• Expertise in managing hardware and software vendors.
• Familiarity with NPI, FMEA, and quality management.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Competence with project management tools like JIRA.
• Interest in consumer electronics and gaming.
• Experience in consumer electronics companies or startups is a plus.
