ServiceNow Global Strategist - Remote

Overview

As a ServiceNow Global Strategist, you will be recognized as a thought leader in the market and a key member of our Senior Delivery Team. In close partnership with the VP of Professional Services, you will develop and share NewRocket’s point of view on ServiceNow GTM solutions.

In Short

• Work with Account Executives and Client Partners to develop opportunities for hyper-growth.
• Highlight unused licenses and formulate strategies with clients.
• Support Sales and Marketing in developing messaging and sales assets.
• Generate thought leadership content for various channels.
• Assist clients with Data and AI capabilities using ServiceNow.
• Establish and maintain the Practice roadmap of prioritized solutions.
• Collaborate with Capability teams to activate high-value sales plays.
• Develop learning curriculum for crew members.
• Serve as an Industry expert and ServiceNow advisor on client engagements.
• Build and maintain external relationships with ServiceNow product teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years in Professional Services or Consulting, with 8+ years in Delivery and people management.
• Demonstrated strength in at least two workflow areas within ServiceNow.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Expertise in value proposition articulation.
• Leadership in building collaborative relationships.
• Expertise in risk assessment and strategic thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Platform.
• Ability to simplify complex situations.
• Skilled at coaching and motivating teams.
