Senior UX Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Senior UX Designer to support us in all phases of the design process at New Monday, a digital agency that works 100% remotely.

In Short

• Plan, conduct, and evaluate qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
• Analyze user research results and derive data-driven recommendations.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes based on research findings and user requirements.
• Ensure a user-centered approach in all project phases.
• Create and present research reports for strategic decision-making.
• Support UX/UI design development by integrating research insights.
• Redesign tools and software solutions focusing on user-friendliness and conversion optimization.
• Promote understanding of user research within the company.
• Moderate workshops for ideation and requirements analysis.
• Visualize data in dashboards for effective communication of research findings.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design and UX research.
• Experience in project management and steering complex projects.
• Experience in analyzing and evaluating user research for B2B and B2C projects.
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
• Solid experience with design tools, especially Figma.
• Knowledge in interaction design, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Understanding and experience working in corporate structures is desirable.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Always up-to-date regarding usability and conversion best practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as team spirit and empathy.
