Intern (m/f/d) UX Design - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) to support our team in all phases of the design process.

In Short

• Assisting in all phases of the User-Centered Design process.
• Creating wireframes, interactive prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) and design system components.
• Visualizing user journeys, personas, and customer journey maps.
• Organizing and conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
• Supporting the (re)design of complex tools and dashboards.
• Participating in the conception and moderation of digital ideation workshops.
• Developing and presenting UX reports and testing results.
• Creating content for presentations, webinars, online courses, and blog posts.
• Assisting in content creation (e.g., video scripts, visual storytelling).
• Helping with community management and organizing course programs.

Requirements

• Studying in the field of UX or media design, media management, marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of user experience principles and experience with common design and prototyping tools.
• First experience with design software, especially Figma and interaction design.
• Strong interest in usability and conversion best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
• Excellent team player with empathy and great social skills.
