Intern (m/f/d) UX Design - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) to support our team in all phases of the design process.

In Short

• Assist in various tasks along the User-Centered Design process.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) and design system components.
• Visualize user journeys, personas, and customer journey maps.
• Conduct and organize user research, including interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
• Support the (re)design of complex tools and dashboards.
• Contribute to the conception and moderation of digital ideation workshops (e.g., with FigJam).
• Develop and present UX reports and testing results.
• Create content for presentations, webinars, online courses, and blog posts.
• Assist in content creation (e.g., video scripts, visual storytelling).
• Help with community management and organization of course programs.

Requirements

• Studying in UX or media design, media management, marketing, communication, computer science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of user experience principles and experience with design and prototyping tools.
• First experience with design software, especially Figma, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Strong interest in usability and conversion best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
• Excellent team player with empathy and strong social skills.
