Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial insurance.
  • Specific knowledge of the commercial lines market in central PA.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and project management abilities.
  • Professional, committed, and self-motivated.
  • Full knowledge of standard commercial line’s insurance products.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of insurance underwriting procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
