• Source, screen, and engage candidates for technical roles.
• Utilise various platforms and tools to identify and attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Leverage the Greenhouse recruiting platform.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting for technical roles.
• Strong experience in sourcing candidates using various platforms.
• Proficiency in using the Greenhouse recruiting platform.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
