Senior Manager of ICF Services - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager of ICF Services is responsible for the overall leadership, supervision, and daily operations of Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

In Short

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for all assigned ICF locations.
• Supervise ICF Managers and other designated staff.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Lead and participate in surveys, audits, and inspections.
• Support development of individual service plans.
• Monitor program outcomes and quality indicators.
• Assist with staff training and development.
• Ensure person-centered care and advocacy.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Participate in budget planning and monitor expenditures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ experience in I/DD or related field.
• Two years’ experience in I/DD and at least 5 years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability for self-direction in work.
• Able to work with governmental regulatory agencies.
• Current working knowledge of Medicaid regulations and DODD Rules.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License.
• Driving record that meets agency requirements.
• Must have vehicle liability insurance.
• Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
