Ticketing Support (Volunteer) - Remote

Overview

We, the team of the new Neuschwanstein Concerts, organize five open-air concerts annually at the Bavarian fairytale castle Neuschwanstein, featuring international stars of the classical world. We are looking for individuals who want to actively contribute to this cultural lighthouse project as volunteers.

In Short

• Volunteer support in the Ticketing Team.
• Remote work with approximately 2-4 hours per week.
• Manage event creation and ticket sales.
• Prepare, support, and follow up on events in close coordination with management.
• Independent work on project-related ticketing topics.
• Assist with ticketing administration tasks.
• Handle ticketing service requests in 2nd level support.
• On-site support during event evenings.
• Support the board team.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or studies in business administration or equivalent qualifications.
• Relevant experience in a similar position, ideally in ticketing/event organization.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and ideally familiar with EVENTIM or other ticket systems.
• Strong team orientation and enthusiasm for process development.
• High service orientation with a friendly demeanor towards stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and structured, independent work style.
• Fluent communication in German and ideally English.
