The Blockchain & Climate Institute (BCI) is seeking motivated volunteers to serve as IT Support Officers, providing essential support for computer systems and networks.

• Support BCI Volunteers with IT requirements.
• Exposure to blockchain and emerging digital technologies.
• Testing new products and maintaining server systems.

Requirements

• Excellent support service skills.
• Experience in troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft and G-Suite functionalities.
• Proactive in learning and improving skills.
• Ability to set up user accounts and manage passwords.
