Field Service Engineer - Mobile Computed Tomography - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer will provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support for mobile computed tomography equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction through service excellence.

In Short

• On-site troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems on CT equipment in a medical environment.
• 75% Travel/25% Home Office, with frequent travel to Canada.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and manage repair/parts cycle times.
• Ensure escalation situations are managed quickly and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Provide training and support to customers in the field.
• Manage time effectively and prioritize service requests.
• Maintain compliance with hospital credentialing requirements.
• Complete all required training and certification exams.
• Work independently and take ownership of customer base.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related discipline preferred.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience servicing medical equipment.
• Experience with CT and Imaging is a plus.
• Valid driving license and satisfactory driving record required.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Budget and resource management experience required.
• Comfortable with technology and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to analyze data and provide informed recommendations.
