Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading client-facing projects.
• 3+ years of direct team management experience.
• Knowledge of core Salesforce CRM functionality.
• Hands-on experience with products like Einstein Bots.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Lucidchart and Figma.
• Experienced in all phases of professional services delivery.
• Track record of preparing SOWs and negotiating contracts.
