Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification.
• Understanding of people management strategies.
• Experience in Contact Center domain.
• Amazon Connect experience.
• Experience integrating Amazon Connect with Salesforce.
• Experience in Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS).
