Overview

The International Benefits Administration Coordinator role will be a member of the Global Total Rewards and People Experience team. This role directly supports value propositions to drive operational excellence in global benefits programs and champions the employee experience.

In Short

  • Support day-to-day administration for EMEA, LATAM & APAC benefits programs.
  • Provide first-level support for benefits-related inquiries.
  • Establish relationships with vendors and internal resources.
  • Perform duties related to eligibility, enrollment, and payroll reporting.
  • Evaluate processes for improvements in operations and employee experience.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to employees.
  • Assist with audit requests.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide cover for other coordinators when needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant international benefits administration experience.
  • Knowledge of benefits regulations globally.
  • Customer-first mindset and exceptional service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Initiative in workload management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and HCM systems.
  • Foreign language experience is desirable.
