UI Engineer (L4), Content & Business Products - Remote

The Content & Business Products (CBP) Engineering teams build products and services to optimize and automate the content creation process, supporting Netflix's enterprise needs and enabling the entire workflow of content production.

In Short

• Work cross-functionally to build, test, deploy, and launch UIs.
• Participate in product reviews and team meetings.
• Help scope, estimate, and prioritize needs.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve application development.
• Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident reviews.

Requirements

• Experience with HTML/JavaScript/TypeScript/CSS.
• Familiarity with React and GraphQL.
• Ability to work with the Hawkins Design System.
• Strong technical design skills for UI applications.
• Ability to recognize and lead technical improvements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in enterprise application development.
• Passion for web performance and observability.
• Experience in mentoring and team collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize effectively with minimal guidance.
