Overview

As a UK Payroll Specialist at Netflix, you will play a crucial role in managing payroll for UK entities using the Workday payroll module, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating across various departments.

• Process payroll & reimbursable expenses for UK entities in Workday.
• Manage relationships with HMRC and local tax advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Tax, or Accounting preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in UK payroll processing.
• In-house processing experience in Workday is essential.
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• High level of organization and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
