Requirements

• 8+ years of game development production experience.
• Strong understanding of game art, design, and production.
• Experience in leading game development teams.
• Proven experience with evolving technologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and collaboratively.
• Fluency with evaluating budgets.
• Experience in both 1P & 2P/3P game development is a plus.
