We are growing our team and looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Game Producer to take ownership of our games on the MSN (Microsoft) platform, driving forward the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

In Short

• Drive the success of top-performing and upcoming titles on the MSN platform.
• Analyze game data to improve monetization and retention.
• Ensure games leverage MSN platform features and APIs.
• Own and prioritize game roadmaps across multiple titles.
• Monitor and act on game KPIs such as retention and revenue.
• Lead monetization improvements through A/B testing.
• Collaborate with internal and platform teams.
• Identify and solve problems independently.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Game Production or Product Management in the F2P games industry.
• Proven track record managing live games as a service.
• Strong understanding of IAP and ad monetization.
• Experience with platform APIs and monetization tools.
• Skilled in managing roadmaps and sprints.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong project and team management abilities.
• Comfortable working with remote teams.
• Clear communicator in English.
