Overview

People Can Fly is seeking a Senior Producer to facilitate and improve internal development processes while managing cross-disciplined teams and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality gaming experiences.

In Short

• Facilitate and improve internal development processes.
• Collaborate with leads and directors to manage game feature production.
• Supervise development teams and advocate for their needs.
• Work with other producers to create realistic schedules and mitigate risks.
• Communicate with publishers and external vendors during development.
• Manage interdisciplinary teams and ensure alignment on priorities.
• Identify risks and present options clearly to production leads.
• Passion for games and commitment to teamwork.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a production role in the gaming industry.
• At least one AAA multi-platform title shipped as a producer.
• Experience managing a team of 20+ people.
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
• Deep knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
