The Manager for our Production Finance Operations & Innovation team will bridge the gap between Production Finance and technology, ensuring that our tools, processes, and systems stay ahead of the evolving business landscape.

In Short

• Drive business forward and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with internal studio finance teams.
• Support data and reporting initiatives.
• Work closely with Product Management & Engineering.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Gather user feedback and drive adoption of new tools.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Production Finance workflows.
• Define business requirements for finance tools.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams.
• Shape the future of production finance at Netflix.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of film/television production finance.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Experience with BI tools and data structures.
• Interest in design thinking and user experience principles.
• Ability to translate finance workflows into business requirements.
• Experience working in more than one country is preferred.
• Production Accounting/Controller experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
