We are seeking an Experienced System Validation Manager to lead a global validation group of 10 professionals responsible for end-to-end (E2E) hardware-software validation. This role is at the core of Netafim Digital Farming, where we are revolutionizing agriculture with cutting-edge technologies that empower farmers to achieve sustainability, efficiency, and profitability.

• Manage and mentor a global validation group of 10 team members.
• Define team goals, priorities, and processes.

• Develop and implement comprehensive E2E HW-SW validation plans.
• Oversee functional, integration, performance, and regression testing.
• Identify and resolve validation risks.
• Establish quality metrics and KPIs.

• Ensure traceable test plans and validation reports.
• Proven expertise in E2E HW-SW system validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years managing validation teams.
• Experience with hardware (e.g., IoT, embedded systems) and software validation.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and system integration testing.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
