Overview

NeoWork is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief of Staff to join our leadership team. As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and ensure seamless communication across the organization.

In Short

• Work closely with the CEO and executive team to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
• Oversee the execution of key projects and initiatives, tracking progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Prepare and present reports and updates to the executive team on key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Serve as a mentor to other leaders and team members throughout the organization.
• Manage internal and external relationships, representing the CEO and executive team as needed.
• Drive organizational change and implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct research, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
