Enterprise Analytics BI Developer - Remote

Overview

NeoGenomics is looking for an Enterprise Analytics Business Intelligence (BI) Developer who wants to learn to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is a remote position, with a Monday – Friday day shift.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for senior leaders.
• Translate business objectives into scalable analytics architecture and data-driven solutions.
• Develop scalable and efficient data models for self-service analytics.
• Deploy gold layer data sources across analytics platforms such as PowerBI and Tableau.
• Design and implement logical data models for reporting and analytics.
• Optimize performance and usability in data warehouses.
• Collaborate with data architects to ensure data quality and performance.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and trends.
• Apply data mining techniques to support forecasting and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BI development or enterprise analytics.
• 3+ years working with analytics platforms like PowerBI and Tableau.
• 3+ years with enterprise databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare and diagnostic lab business.
• Experience in medical diagnostics or healthcare industries preferred.
