Strategic Marketing Associate - Remote

Overview

The Strategic Marketing Associate drives strategic downstream marketing for our oncology suite of tests and solutions, working closely with product management, digital, and social to deliver the strategy and tactical execution of the oncology portfolio revenue and test volume targets.

In Short

• Support the design and creation of global marketing deliverables across all media/marketing channels.
• Write and edit marketing copy for various print and digital projects.
• Develop cross-functional relationships and collaborations with product management teams, sales, operations, and finance.
• Develop innovative processes and technologies for positive consumer experience.
• Create consumer-centric advocacy in all externally facing materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key insights for creative programming.
• Work with Analytics to build data-backed presentations.
• Develop robust engagement initiatives over time.
• Guide future product launch excellence through collaboration.
• Participate in consumer journey mapping and digital communications strategy development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 3 years of healthcare marketing experience.
• Track record of progression within a company.
• Demonstrate a strategic mindset.
• Able to absorb complex technical information.
• Demonstrated accountability and ability to manage complex projects.
