Startup Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Startup Program Manager will be a program specialist joining at the ground floor of the program’s growth, focusing on supporting high-growth startups from ideation to IPO by optimizing program processes and managing community engagement.

In Short

• Build and operate programs to support early-stage startups at scale.
• Manage and optimize application acceptance workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in startup partner program management or marketing.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize and implement successful campaigns.
