Senior Marketing Manager / Assistant Head of Marketing - Remote

Overview

The purpose of the role is to drive a profitable and sustainable sales pipeline within the 'Healthcare’ sector whilst ensuring that the business brand and reputation is both protected and enhanced.

In Short

• Create awareness of and develop the brand of NEC Software Solutions and healthcare propositions
• Communicate with target audiences building and developing a clear understanding and recognition of our brand proposition
• Implement robust marketing programmes including advertising, direct marketing, digital and media relations to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Work closely with in-house and external creative agencies to develop consistent marketing materials
• Write and proofread marketing copy that resonates with the Healthcare market sector
• Produce creative content
• Manage social media channels to generate impact
• Develop and manage a wide range of audience such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions
• Conduct market research using customer questionnaires and focus groups
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a Marketing role, preferably within Healthcare Tech or the NHS/HSE (Ireland)
• Experience in a B2B environment
• Experience in developing, executing, and measuring email marketing campaigns
• Writing compelling and relevant content for a range of channels including social media experience
• Strong communication skills externally and internally
• Able to work with a variety of stakeholders and assimilate their views
• Collaborative and commercially aware
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Data driven decision making
• Flexible and self-motivated
