Overview

The Senior Engineer, Data Science will be responsible for data science engineering as part of building products for NBCUniversal’s Universal Workstation, enabling better understanding of audiences across various brands.

• Serve as a senior data scientist for AdSmart data products.
• Develop and code data science services core to AdSmart.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Fluency in Python modeling and statistical concepts.
• Experience in machine learning techniques and data management.
• Native AWS experience.
• Ability to transition between strategy and implementation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated.
• Curiosity to analyze and understand data challenges.
