Overview

The NBCUniversal Early Careers team recruits and develops the next generation of media and entertainment leaders. As a Recruiter on the Early Careers team, you will work with business leaders and HR partners to recruit great talent for our internship and early career rotational programs.

In Short

• Partner with business leaders and HR teams on full lifecycle recruitment for internship positions.
• Analyze conversion data to inform intern headcount recommendations.
• Share intern hiring metrics and trends to improve recruitment strategies.
• Create job requisitions and support recruitment processes.
• Facilitate recruitment events and build relationships with universities.
• Manage recruitment processes for entry-level rotational programs.
• Track and engage with intern alumni for future hiring.
• Advise Talent Acquisition colleagues on top talent from internship programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of related work experience in recruiting.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, & PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
