Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Recruiting Assistant to support our home care agency’s hiring efforts, aiming to hire 10 new caregivers per month with minimal oversight.

In Short

  • Manage job postings on various platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate high-volume interviews.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
  • Guide candidates through onboarding paperwork.
  • Implement recruitment best practices with leadership.
  • Adopt new recruitment tools as necessary.
  • Maintain a shared calendar for interview visibility.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in job postings.
  • Send reminders for orientation and training sessions.
  • Work in a mission-driven environment focused on care and support.

Requirements

  • Passion for making a difference in home care.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with ATS or recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Calendar or similar tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in candidate onboarding is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
