Career Coach / Talent Recruiter - Remote

Overview

We’re looking to add a Recruiter / Career Coach to our team to help grow a steady pipeline of candidates for our apprenticeship programs across multiple sectors including Information Technology, Advanced Manufacturing, Healthcare and more. In this role, you’ll connect with job seekers exploring new career paths, assess their fit for specific opportunities, and help prepare them for success in high-demand roles.

In Short

• Manage and process incoming applications for talent programs.
• Conduct phone interviews with candidates from non-traditional backgrounds.
• Review assessments and recommend training or resources.
• Provide feedback and coaching to candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Collaborate with employers to understand hiring needs.
• Build a proactive recruiting pipeline for upcoming programs.
• Represent the organization at community events and virtual job fairs.
• Build relationships with workforce organizations and community colleges.
• Stay informed on training programs and industry trends.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a recruiter.
• Experience in workforce development or recruiting for IT, healthcare, or manufacturing roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in coaching and supporting job seekers.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Comfortable working independently and managing high-volume workflows.
• Understanding of military transition or community college recruiting is a bonus.
• Must be currently based in Arkansas.
