• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Effective communication skills with technical and business audiences.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Release Management.
• Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
