Account Services Representative - Remote

Overview

The Account Services Representative at NBCUniversal is responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring timely communication with sales teams, and maintaining strong relationships with advertisers.

In Short

• Manage all aspects of account management.
• Provide timely information to sales teams and clients.
• Partner with various departments including Advertising Sales and Finance.
• Maintain and monitor advertising deals.
• Develop solutions for advertisers based on product knowledge.
• Coordinate client brand allocations and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support agency relationships and ensure commercial spots are booked.
• Offer recap packages to clients as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales Planner and Account Executive.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Hybrid work model: onsite Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday and Friday.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Client Service and/or Account Management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Strong quantitative reasoning skills.
