• Manage the complete recruiting cycle from intake to final hiring handover.
• Conduct data-driven active sourcing including target group analysis and direct outreach.
• Handle 5-8 high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Develop and optimize funnel and sourcing KPIs.
• Create compelling InMails, job postings, and campaign texts.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and C-level executives.
• Maintain communication and expectation management with stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing with proven success.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and relevant sourcing tools.
• Strong project management skills and effectiveness in multi-project environments.
• Experience with modern ATS is a plus.
• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1).
• Clear communication, structured work approach, and high reliability.
